Whats our process?

  1. Review our available rental gear, find what suits your projects needs, and make your list.

  2. Reach out! Let us know what you’d like to rent, for how long, and where your shoot location is.

  3. We’ll send a confirmation email with the availability of the requested gear and setup a pickup/drop off time.

  4. Once it is all confirmed, we put a card on file for the rental and prep all the gear for your shoot.

  5. Pick up the gear. Make better videos. Pay less money. It’s that easy.

  6. Drop off the gear on the agreed upon time and we’ll handle the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are your prices?

    Our studio rental space is available starting at $100/hr. For our gear rentals, we price out the specific kit package according to your production needs.

  • Do you have a minimum rental rate?

    NOPE. No more hassle with the big name rental companies that don’t allow you to grab a few c stands to cover your small corporate shoots. Come get as much or as little as you need.

  • How long in advance for rental request?

    Ideally we would have at least a week heads up to accommodate your needs but we can fulfill request up to 1 day notice.

  • How do payments work?

    We secure payments up front for all rentals. For security, we put a hold on a credit card until the rental is returned.

  • What about damages?

    You will be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment at full price of replacement. This is taken from the hold on the credit card unless noted otherwise.

  • Do you deliver?

    WE DO! Although we can’t always accommodate rental deliveries, we will do our best to fit your needs. With enough heads up, and depending on our availability, we would be happy to deliver your rental gear.
